my lifelong dream has come true!
we got there early and got a seat right behind the speakers. i got some great pictures. i commented on how great it was to meet chieko okasaki. i told her she was an inspiration to asian women and all that. it was so awesome!
i got chris stewart to autograph a book (military stuff) for steven. he was in Holly Barclay's ward once.
hilary weeks is from alaska! she did an awesome talk on how her father took her to a place on the alaskan coast & they watched some kids playing in the mud. She talked to her father about trusting him and he likened that to trusting her Father in heaven. it was so cool.
chieko okasaki having technical difficulties with the new ear phone thing & finally they gave her an old school microphone.
Hilary Weeks noted that she and Kenneth Cope had twinner outfits. Later kenneth cope sang some neat music and played the guitar. I even bought the cd's for malcolm.
I think Holly Barclay knows everyone!
