Field Trip to the McWane Center

I love the McWane Center in Birmingham. I think I have more fun than the kids.

This is beautiful Jade at the Junior High School Beauty Walk in Jan 06. We looked at a bunch of LDS prom dress websites and couldn't find a perfect one in the time span we needed. A sister from the ward made the dress in just a few hours! It can be done! She did it for service. Just the materials cost $86. It was the only modest one there. Jadee did everything perfectly and represented our family, our church, and our community well.

gung hay fat choy!
had a great time in DC last week. The best part was figuring out the metro and walking around. saw my mom's cousins & ate chinese food. met an lds lady at the washington monument & went up to the temple to see the joseph smith movie with her. saw old friends who are moving back to prattville, al. Their oldest son is Caesar's best friend. It'll be great to get them back together. there's like no one in biloxi. maybe someone will move in during the summer.
that was it. so after the hurricane one seventh grader. just crazy.
the hurricane was a good experience. we had the supplies. we had everything we needed. after the storm, we helped others. great service.
